Crab Stuffed Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Baking potatoes (large) |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Margarine or butter |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream - (I use non-fat) |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Onion - grated |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Crabmeat or imitation crab |
Paprika - to taste |
Bake 4 large baking potatoes. Scoop out insides and set aside. Mix together with elec. hand mixer on low speed for one minute: diet margarine, sour cream substitute, grated onion, and salt. Fold in crabmeat gently with a fork Fill potatoes with mixture and sprinkle liberally with paprika. Reheat in 450F oven about 15 minutes.
