Crab Salad

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gFrozen crab meat
  Defrosted
5 oz 142gAsparagus, frozen cut
  Defrosted
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozSliced green onion
1/2 cup 118mlSliced water chestnuts
  Lettuce leaves
  Parsley
  Dressing
1/2 cup 118mlPlain yogurt,
2 tablespoons 30mlHorseradish mustard
1 tablespoon 15mlMayonnaise
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlSoy sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire Sauce

Recipe Instructions

Combine. In a separate bowl, combine the salad ingredients.

Pour dressing over crab salad. Toss gently. Chill several hours.

Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with parsley.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.
