Crab Cakes - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Cooked crab meat - shredded |
1 cup | 237ml | Bread cubes |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Eggs (small) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | French mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Old bay seasoning or salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
Brush cooking surfaces with butter or margarine.
Combine all ingredients and place in triangular pockets. Lower lid, latch in top position and cook 4-6 minutes or until done.
