Crab Cakes - 2

Serves: 2 people

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 lb 340g / 11ozCooked crab meat - shredded
1 cup 237mlBread cubes
2 cups 396g / 13ozEggs (small)
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlFrench mustard
1 tablespoon 15mlWorcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlOld bay seasoning or salt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPepper

Recipe Instructions

Brush cooking surfaces with butter or margarine.

Combine all ingredients and place in triangular pockets. Lower lid, latch in top position and cook 4-6 minutes or until done.
