Crab Burgers Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Eggs; lg - hard cooked | |
Catsup or Bbq sauce - to taste | ||
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Crab meat |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Celery salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Cheddar; med - grated |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Onion salt |
1 | Green onion; med - diced | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet pickle juice |
Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and then add them to the crab mixture.
Spread on hamburger bun halves and broil until bubbly or slightly brown.
Serve hot.
