Fruit Bow-Tie Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Bow-tie pasta |
1 cup | 237ml | Granny Smith apple - cut into chunks (large) |
1 cup | 237ml | Red seedless grapes - cut in half |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Diagonally sliced celery |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fat-free yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery seed |
Cook pasta in a quart of water until al dente; drain; rinse under cold water; drain again. Combine pasta, apples, grapes and celery in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add to pasta mixture, stir gently. Cover and chill before serving.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
