Fruit Bow-Tie Pasta Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlBow-tie pasta
1 cup 237mlGranny Smith apple - cut into chunks (large)
1 cup 237mlRed seedless grapes - cut in half
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozDiagonally sliced celery
1/2 cup 118mlFat-free yogurt
1 tablespoon 15mlHoney
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlLemon juice
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCelery seed

Recipe Instructions

Cook pasta in a quart of water until al dente; drain; rinse under cold water; drain again. Combine pasta, apples, grapes and celery in a medium bowl.

In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add to pasta mixture, stir gently. Cover and chill before serving.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
