1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
Nutmeg or cinnamon - to taste |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray bottom of baking dish with nonstick spray. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar. Dip bread into mixture and place into baking dish.
Pour remaining batter over bread. Top with nutmeg or cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other side.
