2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Steamed mussels chilled - and on half shells |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Capers |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |

Combine mayonnaise, capers, Tabasco and lemon juice.
Dollop mussels with caper mayonnaise and serve with parsley garnish if desired.
