3 tablespoons | 45ml | Nouc nam* |

1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Shrimp |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Oysters |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Crab meat |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Fish pieces |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Scallops |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Coconut milk |
3 | Red chili peppers - crushed |
* Vietnamese fish sauce
Chop lime leaves. Juice lemon.
Heat stock and add lime leaves, lemon grass, ginger, nouc nam and lemon juice. Bring to a low boil, stirring well.
Add seafood and coconut milk. Simmer at just below boiling until seafood is cooked, stirring constantly.
Add chiles at the last moment. Serve with lime wedges and steamed rice.
