Broiled Swordfish and Cucumber Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Steaks 1/2 pound each | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Pepper - to taste | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Anchovy paste |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Butter |
1 cup | 237ml | Cucumber |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Ghee (clarified butter) |
Mix 6 T butter and 2 T anchovy paste then spread on both sides of steaks. Season with salt and pepper. Oil broiler pan or grill and cook steaks about 3 minutes each side (for 1 inch steaks).
Mix cucumber and ghi and pour over steaks to serve.
