Broiled Shrimp Supreme Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Ketchup |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Shrimp - peeled and deveined |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add shrimp, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Remove shrimp from marinade; place shrimp in a 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan.
Pour enough marinade over shrimp to coat but not cover (about 1 cup).
Broil or grill 3 minutes; turn shrimp over, and broil 3 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
