1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Unsweetened crushed pineapple |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Low sugar orange marmalade |

In a microwaveable bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until cranberries are tender. This may be stored, refrigerated in a jar. Use as a topping for chicken, turkey or pork. It may also be used as a spread over breads.
This recipe yields ten 1/4-cup servings.
