Recipe Ingredients

4   Northern pike fillets - (4 oz)
  ["" thick]
2 tablespoons 30mlButter [melted]
2 tablespoons 30mlWorcestershire sauce
  Seafood seasoning mix
  [optional]
1   Place the fillets in a bro

Recipe Instructions

Worcestershire sauce over them... Liberally sprinkle with the seasoning mix (if desired) turning to coat each side... 2) Broil 3" to 7" from the heat for 2" minutes each side or until fish flakes easily...
