Broiled Catfish Steaks Recipe - Cooking Index

1/4 cup | 59ml | No-salt added tomato sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Fresh dill - minced |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vegetable oil |
Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Lemon slices | ||
Fresh dill sprigs |
Rinse steaks under cold, running water; pat dry and set aside. Combine tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Brush half of mixture over 1 side of steaks. Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place steaks on rack; broil 4-5" from heat.
Carefully turn fish over; brush with remaining tomato mixture. Broil an additional 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon and dill, if desired.
