Brandy Jumbo Shrimp Recipe - Cooking Index
20 | Raw jumbo shrimp - shelled | |
And deveined | ||
2 | Garlic - minced | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Brandy |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
4 | Stems bok choy - cut into pieces | |
One lemon - juice of | ||
Salt and pepper to taste |
1) Place all ingredients in bowl and let shrimp marinate for several hours.
2) Alternate shrimp and bok choy on skewers. Place on oven proof platter.
3) Broil 12-14 minutes in oven. Turn skewers over once and season during cooking. Baste with marinade if desired.
Serve with tartar sauce.
