Biloxi-Style Appetizer Shrimp

Recipe Ingredients

1   Shrimp and crab boil
2   Beer - 12 oz ea
24 oz 681gWater
1 tablespoon 15mlTabasco
1 tablespoon 15mlWorcestershire
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder
  Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons 45mlFresh lemon or lime juice
5 lbs 2270g / 80ozMed shrimps; peel - devein
1 cup 198g / 7ozUnsalted butter - melt

Recipe Instructions

Bring spice bag to boil in beer/water in large saucepan.

Add remaining ingredients except for shrimp and butter.

Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.

Arrange shrimp in an oven-proof casserole. Pour liquid over them.

Pour melted butter over all.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, stirring twice.
