Beer Fish Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Mayonnaise
1/4 cup	59ml	Catsup - (use a hot sauce, like kerns)
1/4 cup	59ml	Beer
1 tablespoon	15ml	Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
1 teaspoon	5ml	Prepared horseradish

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients.

Chill and serve with fish.

Makes 1-1/2 cups.
