Bay Country Crab Soup

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozBeef shin - bone in
3   -- water
1   Onion - chopped (large)
2   Celery rib - chopped (large)
16 oz 454gTomato - canned
1 tablespoon 15mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper - black
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCayenne
10 oz 284gFrozen mixed vegetables
1 lb 454g / 16ozMaryland lump crab meat
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozMaryland claw crab meat

Recipe Instructions

Put first 8 ingredients in a large pan and simmer, covered, until meat is very tender, about 3 hours.

Add rest of ingredients and simmer, covered, until vegetables are done.
