Bay Country Crab Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef shin - bone in | 
| 3 | -- water | |
| 1 | Onion - chopped (large) | |
| 2 | Celery rib - chopped (large) | |
| 16 oz | 454g | Tomato - canned | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper - black | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne | 
| 10 oz | 284g | Frozen mixed vegetables | 
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Maryland lump crab meat | 
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Maryland claw crab meat | 
Put first 8 ingredients in a large pan and simmer, covered, until meat is very tender, about 3 hours.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer, covered, until vegetables are done.
