Baked Lemon Haddock Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Haddock fillets |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Seasoned dry bread crumbs |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine - melted |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried parsley flakes |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated lemon peel |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in a greased 11x7x2" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
