3 oz | 85g | Sliced mushrooms - , sauteed |
1/2 oz | 14g | Bread crumbs |
3 oz | 85g | Daufuskie cheese sauce - (below) |
Sauce | ||
2 oz | 56g | Coarse mustard - (country mustard) |
2 oz | 56g | Heavy cream |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cheddar cheese |
2 oz | 56g | Cooked crumbled bacon |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Tabasco sauce |
To taste salt | ||
To taste pepper |
Make sauce by heating cream in heavy skillet. Add ingredients of sauce. Whisk until smooth over medium heat. Bake grouper at 350F until almost cooked.
Add sauce, sauteed mushrooms and bread crumbs. Return to oven until bread crumbs brown. Serve with lemon wedge.
