Asian Marinade (For Fish) Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce or tamari |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dark sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced ginger |
1 | Scallion - sliced thin | |
(about 2 tbs) | ||
Ground black pepper to taste |
Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Then grill for about 8 minutes.
