1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Unsalted butter |
2 oz | 56g | Anchovy fillets |
Soften butter in a food processor add mashed anchovy and process until well blended form into a log, wrap in plastic or waxed paper chill until firm cut into 1/4-inch slices to serve.
