1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Alligator sausage - crumble, Brown - drain |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crawfish tails |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Smoked sausage - sliced |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Converted long-grain rice |
10 oz | 284g | Canned rotelle tomatoes/with chiles |
1 can | Onion soup | |
1 | Beef consomme | |
1 | Green onions - chopped | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Mushrooms - sliced |
10 | Garlic - minced | |
2 | Bay leaves | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Creole seasoning |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter or margarine |
Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients. Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 350F oven for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time.
Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve. Can serve 10-20.
