Quick Milk-Chocolate Fondue Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Heavy cream |
12 oz | 340g | Milk chocolate - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla extract |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Any liqueur - (optional) |

Cubes of sponge cake or pound cake | ||

In a medium saucepan, warm the cream over medium-high heat just until simmering. Remove from the heat; add the chocolate. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla and liqueur. Serve in a heated fondue pot or a bowl set on a platter with the dipping goodies. The fondue will still be soft enough for dipping after it has come to room temperature.
This recipe yields 2 cups of fondue.
