1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped cilantro |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely-diced tomato |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Habanero puree |
1/2 | Orange - supremed | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Freshly-squeezed orange juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-squeezed lemon juice |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve in oyster shell halves.
