Creamy Garlic-Buttermilk Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Buttermilk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
1 | Garlic clove - peeled, minced fine | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-minced scallions |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh parsley |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Mix all ingredients by shaking in 1-quart jar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake well before dressing.
Good on salad greens, seafood salad or boiled potatoes.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
