Ceviche De Pescado Blanco Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Thinly-sliced whitefish | 
| (such as cod, grouper, snapper) | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Diced red onion | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Diced tomato | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped scallions | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Diced jalapeno | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped cilantro | 
Place the fish in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of the orange juice and 1 tablespoon of the lime juice. Set aside and let marinate for 1 hour. Remove fish from juices and place in a different bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and the remaining fresh orange and lime juice.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
