Blueberry Ginger Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Picked-over blueberries |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Minced peeled fresh gingerroot |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
In a blender puree ingredients until smooth. Serve dressing immediately. (Dressing will separate if made ahead.)
This recipe yields 2/3 cup.
