Moroccan Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coarsely-ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cardamom |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground fenugreek |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cloves |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground allspice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne |
In small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Use immediately or store in a tightly covered contianer for up to 1 month.
Rub onto the meat or poultry and let stand 15 minutes or refrigerate up to 4 hours before grilling.
