Korean Beef Rib Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Reduced-sodium soy sauce |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Orange juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dark molasses |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped fresh ginger |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Paprika |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated orange zest |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Garlic cloves - minced (large) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coarsely-ground black pepper |
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, and molasses. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Place meat in a single layer in a glass or ceramic dish. Add marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, 6 to 12 hours.
