3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter - softened to |

1 | Confectioners' sugar - (1 lb) - sifted | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely-grated orange rind |
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the confectioners' sugar. Add the vanilla, sour cream and orange rind until blended.
