Cream Cheese Frosting

Recipe Ingredients

6 oz	170g	Cream cheese - softened to
		Room temperature
3 tablespoons	45ml	Butter - softened to
		Room temperature
1		Confectioners' sugar - (1 lb) - sifted
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
1/4 cup	59ml	Sour cream
1 tablespoon	15ml	Finely-grated orange rind

Recipe Instructions

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the confectioners' sugar. Add the vanilla, sour cream and orange rind until blended.
