Breakfast Sausage

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozCoarse-ground turkey
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozSeasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped onion
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped parsley
1 teaspoon 5mlVegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSage
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlThyme
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlBlack and red pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1   Egg white

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except egg white. Gently beat egg white with a fork and add to meat mixture. Mix well. Shape into 12 patties. Cook in a non-stick skillet until done, or it may be broiled approximately four minutes on each side.

This recipe yields 6 servings, with two patties per serving.
