Shredded Slaw With Creamy Horseradish Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Finely-shredded green cabbage
1/2		Red bell pepper - julienned
1/2 cup	118ml	Snow peas - blanched, julienned
1/4 cup	59ml	Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sour cream
1 tablespoon	15ml	Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons	10ml	Bottled horseradish - drained
		Tabasco sauce - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gently toss with the cabbage until well coated.

Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
