Shredded Slaw With Creamy Horseradish Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Finely-shredded green cabbage |
1/2 | Red bell pepper - julienned | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Snow peas - blanched, julienned |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sour cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Bottled horseradish - drained |
Tabasco sauce - to taste |
In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gently toss with the cabbage until well coated.
Serve immediately.
