1 | Refrigerator crescent rolls - (8 oz) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Frozen hash browns - (loosely packed) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded low-fat mozzarella |
3 | Eggs | |
2 | Egg whites | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Skim milk |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage until browned; drain. Separate crescent rolls into eight triangles. Arrange on an ungreased pizza pan with points toward the center. Press to form a "crust" by sealing perforations. Distribute sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns. Top with cheese.
In a bowl, mix together eggs, egg whites, milk, and pepper. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
