Figs With Honey And Mascarpone Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 | Ripe green or black figs | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Mascarpone cheese - at room temperature |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey - (about) |
Cut the figs in half or in quarters if large. Place 1/4 cup of the mascarpone on each four plates. Surround the mascarpone with the figs. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
