1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Freshly-grated Pecorino Romano cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced Italian parsley |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a small bowl whisk eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper vigorously until well blended. Use immediately as a batter for breaded meats or fish.
