Mango Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Ripe mango - peeled, pitted, (large) | |
And flesh chopped | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Pineapple juice or peach nectar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Creme Cassis - (to 4 tbspns) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg |
1 | Freshly-ground white pepper |
Combine all the ingredients and puree in a food processor. Refrigerate and chill until needed.
This recipe yields 2 cups of sauce.
