Apple Topping For Breakfast Breads

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 584g / 20ozDiced apples
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCinnamon
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlNutmeg
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGinger
  Sugar substitute - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients except sugar substitute to a microwaveable bowl. Mix well. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until tender. Stir. Microwave another 2 minutes. Add the sugar substitute to taste, optional.  Use as a topping for pancakes, crepes, waffles, French toast, English muffins or even chicken.
