Apricot Walnut Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Apricot nectar (or other natural fruit puree) |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Walnut or hazelnut oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pommerey-style mustard with the seeds |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Boiling water |
Place the apricot nectar, oil, and mustard in a blender or mini food processor. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds. Season, add the boiling water then blend to emulsify the dressing.
