Iceberg Lettuce With Thousand Island Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Yogurt |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Chili sauce |
| 1 | Hard-boiled egg - finely chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced green onion |
| 1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Minced pimiento-stuffed green olives |
| 4 | Iceberg lettuce wedges | |
| Shredded carrots |
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients well, cover and chill.
Serve the dressing over the lettuce topped with shredded carrots.
