Bar Nuts Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 lbs | 567g / 20oz | Unsalted almonds |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Coarsely-chopped fresh rosemary leaves |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Cayenne |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Dark brown sugar - (firmly packed) |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Coarse salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Unsalted butter - melted |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On a baking sheet spread almonds and toast in middle of oven until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. While nuts are toasting, in a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Toss nuts with rosemary mixture.
This recipe yields 4 cups.
