Brandy Baked Brie

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 240g / 8.5ozFirmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup 118mlBrandy
2 cups 292g / 10ozChopped walnuts
1   Wheel brie or camembert cheese

Recipe Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and brandy. Stir in walnuts. Place Brie on top of an ovenproof serving platter and spoon the walnut mixture over the top, covering completely. Wrap platter in plastic and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Remove Brie from refrigerator, unwrap and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt. Cool slightly and serve with graham crackers or alone.
