Sara's Remoulade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped drained capers |
4 | Chopped cornichons, or small sour pickles | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
Lemon juice - to taste | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a bowl, stir together ingredients and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
