Brandied Gorgonzola Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Gorgonzola cheese |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | White pepper |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Sour cream |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Brandy |
Blend the Gorgonzola cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups dip.
Suggested dippers: cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, jicama, pear, apple, Anjou pear, nectarines.
