Red Pepper Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Red bell peppers - cored, seeded, | |
| Deveined, cut small dice | ||
| 1 | Red onion - small dice (small) | |
| 1 | Jalapeno - seeded, deveined, | |
| And finely chopped | ||
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Fresh cilantro leaves |
| Juice of two limes | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Honey |
| Tabasco sauce - to taste | ||
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. The salsa is ready to eat as soon as it is prepared or can be stored covered tightly and refrigerated for about an hour.
