Pickled Onion Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 oz | 14g | Red onion - cut 1/4" thick (medium) |
Wedges | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pickling spices |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
In a small saucepan simmer ingredients 2 minutes and transfer to a bowl. Chill onion, covered.
