Boursin Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cream cheese - at room temperature | |
1/2 | Butter - not margarine | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Beau monde seasoning |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Fine herbs or pinch each of thyme - oregano |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried or fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy; add remaining ingredients.
Chill in a container, letting it mellow 12 hours. Freezes well.
