Boursin (Herbed Cheese Spread) Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Butter |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cream cheese |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oregano |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dill |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly ground pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Marjoram |
Thoroughly cream butter and cream cheese in electric mixer. Add spices and mix well. Place in small bowl, cover with plastic wrap, allow to mellow overnight in refrigerator before using, if possible.
