Fried Almonds Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Spanish olive oil |
4 oz | 113g | Raw peeled almonds |
Salt - to taste |
In a frying pan, combine the almonds and oil at room temperature. Place the pan on burner and slowly bring to a boil. When the almonds begin to brown, remove them to a colander to drain.
Salt the almonds and serve warm but not hot.
This recipe yields 1/4 pound fried almonds.
