Chocolate Ganache Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Heavy cream |
8 oz | 227g | Bittersweet chocolate - finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Unsalted butter |
In a small saucepan heat cream to a simmer. In a bowl pour simmering cream over chopped chocolate. Add butter and stir until smooth.
This recipe yields about 1 cup of chocolate sauce.
