1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Ground cumin |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground caraway |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a bowl, combine the cayenne, cumin, caraway, and garlic. Whisk in the lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
